1. copy the link of video which you want to download from youtube.com
2. go to www.keepvid.com and past the link in the download bar
3. press download button when you pasted the address and it will ask you in which format you want to download
4. choose FLV type
If your media player doesn't support FLV type then download the FLV player and converter from following link
